Privacy and cookie notice
How we handle the data you send us through the booking request form on this website, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
The data controller is the owner of the holiday home Lungomare Apartment Trapani, Via Francesco Crispi 16, 91100 Trapani (TP).
For any request concerning your data you can write to info@lungomaretrapani.it or call +39 347 814 2532.
What data we collect
The site requires no registration and sells nothing online. We only collect the data you voluntarily enter in the booking request form:
- arrival and departure dates and number of guests;
- your full name;
- your email address;
- your phone number (optional);
- the text of the message you write.
Why we process it
Your data is used only to answer your availability request and to manage any resulting booking. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the consent you give by sending the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
We do not use your data for newsletters or marketing messages unless you expressly ask us to, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
How it is sent and stored
The form generates an email sent to the property's mailbox. Data is kept for as long as is needed to handle the request and, if you stay with us, for the period required by law (tax obligations and the reporting of guests to the public security authorities).
Your rights
At any time you can request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@lungomaretrapani.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
